Recently, Attorney Michael Thad Allen of Allen Harris Law appeared in a webinar titled, “Standing Up for Freedom of Speech and True Anti-Racism on Campus: Tabia Lee Case Updates.” This webinar was sponsored by the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR), and Mr. Allen was joined by Dr. Tabia Lee and Monica Harris, Executive Director of FAIR. Here, they discussed contemporary intolerance for open discussion in American academic institutions, specifically concerning Dr. Lee’s lawsuit against Foothill-De Anza Community College District in Cupertino, California.
